Your free bonus with every Brightwick order. Twelve smoked drinks to make with the six wood flavors in your box, from the classic Old Fashioned to a zero-proof option for anyone skipping alcohol.
How to smoke any drink
- Build the drink first. Stir or shake it, then pour it over ice in a rocks or coupe glass.
- Add a small pinch of wood chips to the chamber. About a fingertip's worth is plenty.
- Set the smoker on the glass and press the button. Let it run until the glass fills with smoke.
- Let it rest. Keep the smoker on for 10–20 seconds for a light touch, or 30–60 seconds for a bold, campfire finish.
- Lift, garnish, serve. Drink it within a few minutes, while the aroma is at its best.
Tip: for a softer flavor, smoke the empty glass first, then pour the drink in.

12. Smoked Cherry Cola (zero-proof)
6 oz cola · ½ oz tart cherry juice or grenadine · squeeze of lime · cherry to garnish

Bonus: beyond the glass
Put the smoker over a cloche or an upturned bowl and smoke a cheese board, a bowl of nuts or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for 30 seconds. Apple and cherry are the best place to start.
Please enjoy responsibly and only if you're 21 or older. The smoker makes real smoke, so use it in a ventilated room, never leave it running unattended, and keep it away from children.
