Damaged, defective, or not working? Email support@brightwickhome.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions. You pay return shipping, and we refund the item price once the return arrives.
