Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. We currently ship to the United States only.

• Processing: orders are processed in 1-3 business days.
• Delivery: usually takes 5-10 business days after your order ships.
• Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders

Order by December 8 for the best chance of delivery by December 25. We can't guarantee carrier timing during the holiday season.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 20 business days, email support@brightwickhome.com and we'll reship your order or refund you.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't redirect packages that have already shipped.
